Mkay, a little bit more about Robin:

She's typically a really sweet girl, and likes to help people out. Though she does enjoy meeting new people, she can be a bit shy, mostly because she's self-conscious, because of being blind. In the beginning some people don't even realize she's blind. She wears sunglasses a lot, which helps. However, if she's not wearing them, it more noticeable, because her eyes don't focus like they would if she could see. She hasn't been blind very long, so she's still bitter and angry about not being able to see anymore. She loves to have fun and try new things, and has a stubborn streak that can get her into trouble. She doesn't like taking peoples advice, even if they mean it in her best interest. She listens to music all the time and plays several instruments, as well as sings. So if someone likes music a lot, she'll most likely get along with them to an extent. She's sarcastic and does have a sense of humor, so she can take a joke.

NOW, here's what Robin needs:
Well, she pretty much needs everything, seeing as I'm fairly new to this site. But I'll get more detailed than that ;]

Friends - She needs a few friends. Probably not a huge amount though. I want a best friend for her, guy or girl, not to picky. And a few not so close ones that she likes hanging out with, but they don't exactly divulge their darkest secrets xD She doesn't drink very much, but she does enjoy parties. Though they can be difficult because they can dull her other senses and confuse her seeing eye dog. Her friends do have to like dogs, because hers obviously goes with her everywhere, practically.

Enemies - She'll probably make some enemies. Maybe because they don't like how kind she usually is, or maybe because they don't like that she's so musically talented. Or maybe, their personalities just don't go together and they rub each other the wrong way. She does have a pretty short fuse, and she can't control her temper very well. So maybe they just didn't meet in the right terms. I dunno, maybe they make fun of her because she's blind. Or whatever, pretty open to anything :]

Lovers - Well, the good news is she doesn't judge people based on appearances. So, she's going to look at how they act, just their personality basically :] However, she does have a bit of a hard time with crushing on guys. Not that she can't, se just is so unsure of her self and has such a low self esteem because she's blind, that she doesn't think a guy can actually like her. That' doesn't mean she's not going to date though. If she likes a guy she's pretty open to a relationship. NOTE: She's DOES NOT sleep around/have one night stands. Flings? Like having short relationships, well, se might do that if she's slumping down intro depression because of no longer being able to see.
