At least it nearly has, anyway. A Fourth World War has lead to the discovery of The Weapon. The governments of the world seriously underestimated its destructive abilities, so it was used. And the world that once was, died. Those who hid underground survived the destruction. But when they emerged, their cities were turned into wasteland and their homes were found destroyed. The rebuilding and exploration of this 'new' world has begun. Leaders will rise, conflicts will grow, and a new breed of human will be made.
