luigi's fairly new in town. he's a junior and has a pet iguana. he's also a struggling alcoholic and cocaine addict, and he's very slutty so he'll pretty much sleep with anyone. there's usually a reason for it (like drugs). he's kind of embarrassed about the fact he's a bit screwed up, so he doesn't talk about it too openly and only gets with someone if they show interest.

anyway he needs friends (most likely he'd only hang out w/ other addicts or people that wouldn't mind his behaviour), enemies, hookups, etc.

so justin and luigi are kinda different but i think they could be really good friends D:

since maybe the luigi who doesn't talk about it could become friends with him. and then they're could be drama and awkwardness somewhere in there.
